EHC Assessment and Planning Process Disclaimer
The Local Authority has established new procedures in relation to assessment and production of Education Health and Care Plans in line with legislation and government guidance. Parents and Young People and Educational settings who are affected by the new procedures are welcome to provide feedback and comments as to their experience of the process. Any comments received will be used as part of the review of these procedures. Please note this does not relate to formal complaints about your individual case as these matters will be dealt with through the complaints procedures.
